When I opened The Paella Club six years ago, I started working with this winery. If you take a look at the bottle, it says 1312. That number is actually when the winery started. 700 years ago, man. Think about that. I chose this wine because I love that wine.
They have some amazing wine that you can actually find in the United States, although not in a lot of places.
