Choosing a wine from Priorat, specifically from Vida Vida in Gratallops, was a nod to a region that's incredibly close to my heart. Its rugged, hilly landscapes remind me of Piemonte, Italy, but with a Spanish soul. This area, El Priorato, is where you find wines that are not just drinks but stories—full-bodied, powerful, and intensely dark, they're like capturing the essence of the region in a glass.
