Bibich Winery, founded in 1906 in the village of Plastovo, Croatia, started producing wine for family consumption. Today, it's owned by renowned winemaker Alen Bibich, who learned from his grandfather and has put Skradin on the global wine map. He specializes in native grape varietals such as Debit, Babic, Plavina, and Lasin, as well as Grenache and Syrah, producing sublime Rhone-style reds.
The CRNO is made with hand-picked, organic Syrah fruit from 38-year-old vines, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel with soft tannins. With notes of black fruit, minerals, and pepper, this medium-bodied wine has a long finish that will keep you coming back for more.
