Oenogenesis was founded in 2006 and is owned and operated by one of the greatest wine producers in Greece, Bakis Tsalkos. Bakis was trained in Bordeaux for most of his life before returning to Greece to adapt his knowledge to the local terroir and grapes. He single-handedly launched the winemaking region of Drama, known for its elegance and aromatic expression in wines, as well as its optimal terroir for international grapes.
This red wine is lively and juicy with Bordeaux-like characteristics. A Greek take on a Cab Sauv that is vibrant and full on the palate.
