A native of Beaujolais, France, Guy took over the family vineyard in 1986 and began a revolution against the uniform style that had begun to define the region. He shunned commercial practices that had diluted the Beaujolais terroir's unique expression, instead choosing to follow a path of natural viticulture and vinification. The result was nothing short of a renaissance for the region, and today Guy Breton's wines exemplify the raw, unadulterated charm of Beaujolais.
